The details you submit in a booking or quote request: name, email, WhatsApp number, date, location preference, group size and your message.

To answer your request, prepare your proposal, organise your session and keep a record of the booking.

Requests are stored in our secure booking system. Only our team can read them.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties except partners strictly required to deliver your service.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to us.

You can refuse or withdraw consent to the promotional use of your images at any time.

We store your language preference locally in your browser.

Advertising measurement: we use the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland / Google LLC) to measure whether a booking request came from one of our Google ads. When you send the booking form, an anonymous conversion event and Google cookies/identifiers are sent to Google for ad measurement and optimisation. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google.

Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland see a cookie banner: the Google Ads tag only loads if you click Accept. We keep a record of your choice (date and notice version) in your browser. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer; rejecting is as easy as accepting. Elsewhere the tag is active by default and you can refuse via that same link.
