A booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and the date is validated in writing by our team.

Prices displayed on this website are indicative estimates. The final price is confirmed in your personalised proposal.

Session start times are agreed in advance. Late arrival reduces the shooting time without changing the price.

Cancellations made well in advance can be rescheduled to another available date.

Late cancellations may result in the deposit being retained, as the date is blocked for other clients.

If we are unable to deliver the service, you are offered a new date or a refund of amounts paid for the undelivered service.

Sessions take place in most weather conditions; rain in Paris often produces beautiful images.

If conditions make the session unsafe or impossible, we reschedule at no extra cost.

Some locations require permission, a fee or a permit for professional shooting, installations or decoration.

Floral arches, illuminated structures, candles, champagne service and pyrotechnics are only possible where the venue and applicable regulations allow, and only with the required authorisations.

We never guarantee access, exclusivity or effects that depend on a third party's authorisation.

Drone photography and video are offered only where flights are legally permitted and operationally safe.

Central Paris is subject to strict flight restrictions. Where a flight is not permitted, we propose alternative coverage.

Quad experiences are organised with a compliant partner operator.

Routes, vehicles, accessible areas, minimum age and safety rules depend on the operator, traffic regulations and authorisations.

Participation is subject to the operator's own terms, insurance and safety briefing.

Edited images are delivered through a private online gallery.

Delivery times depend on the package selected and are confirmed in your proposal.

You receive a personal usage licence for the delivered images.

We only use your images for promotion with your written consent, which you may refuse or withdraw.
